Healing Retreats
Specialized experiences. One outcome: Space to Breathe & Transformational Healing
Sometimes healing requires stepping outside of routine and into a space of rest, reflection, and renewal. The Healing Retreats at arKardia are designed for clinically grounded care that honors both science and spirit. Each retreat is a professionally guided, trauma-informed environment for women and individuals seeking healing in community.
Our retreats integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, and faith-based reflection to help you reconnect with peace and purpose.
Current Healing Retreats for Women
Ariséa: A Healing Retreat for Betrayal Trauma
Ariséa™ is a private betrayal trauma healing retreat for women who value clinically excellent, immersive care within a setting defined by depth, discretion, and thoughtful clinical care. This betrayal trauma retreat is designed for women seeking a structured and clinically grounded environment for healing after relational betrayal. Many women arrive feeling disoriented, questioning their sense of reality, and unsure who they can safely talk to about what has happened.
Whether you are beginning to explore healing or have already engaged in therapy or support, this experience integrates advanced EMDR therapy with carefully facilitated experiential workshops, including expressive and reflective practices that support nervous system integration.
Within a small, faith-anchored group, these modalities work together to foster clarity, steadiness, and renewed self-trust at both cognitive and embodied levels.
This is not a workshop or support group, but a trauma-informed Christian retreat created for women who seek structure, privacy, and meaningful change that carries forward into daily life.

What Makes These Healing Retreats Different
Each group is intentionally curated around a shared theme of healing, bringing together individuals who carry similar experiences or wounds. The shared focus allows participants to feel deeply supported and understood, often reducing the sense of isolation that can accompany difficult life experiences.
These healing retreats are designed to create a safe and thoughtful environment where meaningful therapeutic work can unfold. While reflection is an important part of the experience, the retreats are intentionally structured to support deeper emotional processing, guided insight, and lasting change. Groups remain intentionally small so participants receive individualized attention and a deeper sense of connection.
Healing retreats are designed for:
• Women and individuals healing from trauma, betrayal, or loss
• High-functioning adults facing anxiety, burnout, or perfectionism
• First responders seeking space to process and heal from compounding stress
• Anyone longing for rest, reflection, and renewal after loss
Why Healing Retreats Can Be Transformative
Stepping away from familiar routines can create the space needed to see life and relationships with greater clarity. Many women find that a retreat setting allows them to slow down, reflect, and begin processing experiences that have remained unresolved. Within a small and thoughtfully guided group, participants often discover that the support of others who understand similar struggles can bring both relief and renewed hope.
If you’re feeling drawn to step away from daily demands to focus on healing, we can begin with a consultation. I’d love to hear from you!
